Damaged or Defective Items:

If you get an item from asayf.com that is broken or faulty, you can return it for a refund by mail.

Our refund & exchange exceptions:

Whether or not the consumer has a receipt, ASAYF has the right to limit or refuse refunds or exchanges. A refund verification process is applied to all returns that do not include a receipt. If ASAYF or the vendor can prove delivery or misuse, refunds made for missing products may be subject to a recharge. All returns decisions are governed by applicable legislation. The Store Manager has the last say on whether or not to accept or reject any item that is returnable. A Store Manager may not accept the return of an ineligible item under any circumstances. Store managers have the right to deny the return of any item that they believe poses a possible health or safety danger to anybody.

For breaches or abuse of our returns policy, or any fraudulent activity pertaining to returns, ASAYF retains the right to close asayf.com accounts, cancel or deny purchases, or refuse returns.

Before returning, please drain any gasoline or other combustible products. Lawn mowers, line trimmers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, generators, air conditioners, evaporators, dehumidifiers, compressors, and pressure washers are examples of these items. DO NOT REMOVE THE FREON FROM THE AIR CONDITIONING UNITS. Please check the item page for asayf.com products to see if they are returnable by mail. 

Funeral products (e.g., caskets, coffins): If the item is broken or faulty and has not been used, it can be replaced within 90 days. There are no refunds on new or used merchandise.
